Refund policy

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing our S.I.P Drinking Card Game. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.

2. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6.Damaged or Defective Items
